Your manager is with you at the clinic, at the restaurant and at the door. If you would rather have privacy, they wait nearby and stay reachable.
Nothing without a price
We do not take a guest anywhere that will not state a full price beforehand. If a venue changes the number, we leave.
Licensed venues only
Every clinic, venue and vehicle we use is licensed and insured. We do not take guests anywhere we have not checked ourselves.
Your privacy is the service
We do not photograph guests, we do not share itineraries, and we do not discuss one guest with another. Ever.

Our managers work in English, Mandarin and Japanese. In a consulting room, the difference between a translation app and a person who knows the vocabulary is the difference between a good result and a regret.

Before you message us.
How much does the concierge service cost?
Planning and consultation are free. Transport is charged at the rate we quote you. For clinics, salons and venues, you pay the provider directly at their own price and they pay us a referral fee — you are not charged extra for coming through us.
What languages do you work in?
English, Mandarin Chinese and Japanese. Your manager will be a fluent speaker of the language you contact us in.
Will someone translate during my consultation?
Yes. Your manager is in the room for the whole consultation, translates it in full, and writes down what was agreed so there is no dispute later.
Will the car wait if dinner runs late?
Yes. You do not need to set an end time. If you move on to another place, the same driver takes you, and at the end drives you back to your hotel. If any waiting charge applies, we tell you in advance.
